Your data is used to provide personalized AI English coaching, track your child's progress, manage vocabulary learned, generate progress reports, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

4. AI Processing

When your child sends messages, the content is processed by AI language models to generate coaching responses. We use trusted AI providers that do not use your data to train their models.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform (AI providers, payment processors, email services), under strict confidentiality agreements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data using the deletion option in your profile settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and provide the Service. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

Professor Parrot is designed for children learning English. Parents or guardians must create and manage the account. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent.
