Account Deletion Policy
Your Right to Delete
You have the right to delete your Professor Parrot account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- All child profiles and learning progress data
- All coaching conversations and chat history
- All vocabulary learned and words collected
- All homework sessions and game records
- All progress reports and certificates
- All subscription records and usage data
- All support messages and attachments
- Your user account and login credentials
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account from the sidebar profile section by clicking the "Delete Account" button. You will be asked to confirm before deletion proceeds.
Data Removal Timeline
Your data is removed immediately upon deletion. Some residual data in backup systems may take up to 30 days to be fully purged.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your account automatically cancels any active subscription. You will not be charged further.
Recovery
Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use Professor Parrot again, you will need to create a new account.
